Our 35" x 10" Atlas Festival holiday home is a 3 bedroom luxury 2009 model which will accommodate 6 people and is situated on the 'premier' redeveloped quiet area of the park. You can park your car right outside the caravan therefore no more trudging through wet grass with heavy suitcases! The patio area has a bench style picnic table for you to enjoy your dinning experience in the sunshine and there are also extra folding chairs kept inside. The much appreciated lighting around the new area means no more carrying a torch at night to find your way back! The access path to the beach is close by on the left and the shop, launderette and entertainments complex is on the right.

The comfortable lounge has a contemporary feel which includes;
Gas fire.
22" freeview colour TV/DVD plus a small selection of DVDs

The dinning area is situated opposite the lounge seating.

The fitted kitchen includes;
Gas cooker with electronic ignition.
Fridge with small freeze box.
Microwave oven.
Toaster.
Electric kettle.
Crockery, cutlery, in fact everything you need for 'dinning at home'.

The bedrooms consist of one double room and two twin bedrooms.[The twin beds combine to make a double bed if you wish]
A bed guard is provided if needed.

Safety electric panel radiators are fitted in each bedroom.
Duvets, pillows and extra blankets are provided.

Please note; you will need to take your own personal sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels and tea towels.

The bathroom consists of a shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet.

Gas and electric are included in the holiday price.

Part week bookings are available although these are usually outside of school holidays.

Sorry- NO pets or smoking allowed inside our holiday home.

Club passes are purchased separately from reception.

In keeping with Kiln Park rules, we do not accept all male or all female group bookings, but welcome enquiries from families and mature couples.

Hirers themselves are responsible for their own insurance against accidents, loss or damage to personal property.
